2. Our Services

Nutree Health offers wellness education, nutrition guidance, habit tools, and related content. The Services are intended for informational and educational purposes only and arenot a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services.
• Provide accurate, complete information and keep your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

• Some features are offered via paid plans (“Subscriptions”). Prices, features, and limits may change from time to time.
• Unless stated otherwise, Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. You authorize us and our providers to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
• Except where required by law or explicitly stated, fees are non-refundable.

5. User Content

You may submit information such as goals, dietary preferences, logs, messages, images, or feedback (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Nutree Health a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use it solely to operate and improve the Services.

• You represent that you have the rights to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.
• Do not upload sensitive health information you are not comfortable sharing under these Terms.
• We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or access them using methods other than our publicly supported interfaces.
• No scraping, reverse engineering (except to the extent permitted by law), or automated abusive traffic.
• No content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that promotes harm.
• Do not attempt to circumvent security features or use the Services to distribute malware or spam.

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are owned by Nutree Health or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services. Nutree Health trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
